Margaret has 20 years of multi sector experience in financial services and telecom industry among others. She is currently serving as Head of Public Sector, Local Large and Regional Corporates at ABSA Corporate Banking Zambia which involves providing strategic leadership and direction for this key banking segment. Prior to that she held the roles of National Sales Manager at MTN Zambia and National Customer Service Manager at DHL International. Her ability to create strong strategic partnerships has resulted in facilitating landmark financial services innovations with telecom and public sector players. She has also been instrumental in facilitating significant financial markets transactions in key economic sectors. Her experience includes being the Lead on managing development organizations, government and regulatory relationships and influencing policy changes that have helped make headway in financial markets development. Margaret’s skills and experience include corporate finance, credit risk management, sales and relationship skills among others. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University, Scotland.
